This new configuration combines MPI’s TITAN™ T250MAK (single) and T250MSK (differential) probes with the Keysight NA5305A/7A PNA-X frequency extender to provide a complete, integrated S-parameter characterization solution up to 250 GHz. Leveraging MPI’s expertise in wafer measurement and sub-THz probes, this solution ensures unparalleled performance for cutting-edge applications in semiconductors, AI, 5G/6G, and high-speed optical communications.
