MPI is committed to providing advanced, cost-effective semiconductor test solutions that reduce the overall cost of testing. In record time, MPI has become the innovation leader in its markets, introducing over 25 new and unique products in less than three years.
MPI Corporation operates in three specialist areas:
MPI-AST: This MPI division specializes in probing equipment and accessories. It offers a wide range of engineering equipment to meet the needs of fundamental research and R&D laboratories, as well as industrial laboratories looking for flexible, fully-automated solutions.
MPI-Thermal: This MPI division specializes in temperature test equipment (temperature conditioner or thermal stream) from -80°C to +300°C for in situ testing of components or modules. It offers ergonomic, easy-to-use equipment with reduced impact on the laboratory environment (optimized footprint and ultra-low noise level).

Celadon Systems is a well-established 20-year-old US company, known for providing turnkey sub-tip test solutions to the semiconductor industry. Celadon tip cards are renowned for their ability to withstand extreme temperatures while delivering accurate test results.
Millions of touchdowns with Celadon: Celadon offers the lowest cost of testing in the industry. Celadon is an industry leader in parametric probes for production and laboratory, device testing, burn-in, modeling and characterization, and wafer-level reliability.
NEXTRON MICRO PROBE SYSTEM is a Korean company that designs, manufactures and markets micro test chambers for in-situ measurement and analysis of the electrical and optical properties of materials under various environmental conditions: vacuum, temperature, gas flow, humidity, light irradiation and X-rays.
The internal volume of a microchamber is less than 100 cm3, enabling test conditions to be controlled quickly and easily. The test method is particularly relevant as the test tip establishes electrical contact with the sample while simultaneously holding it on the test stage. In this way, despite the thermal expansion and contraction of materials during testing, the test tip remains fixed on the point of contact with the sample.
Applications include the study of materials (dielectrics, ionics, semiconductors, electronics) and their interfaces (e.g. grain boundaries and electrodes).
SUN Electronic Systems (USA): SUN Electronic Systems is our manufacturer of hot/cold climatic chambers, from -184°C (thanks to a LN2 cooling system) to +400°C depending on configuration. Chamber capacities range from 10L to 174L, enabling the operator to perform and repeat numerous specific thermal cycles (min/max T°, ramp definition, etc.).
