Hot-Cold temperature chambers/enclosures

The environmental test chambers that we offer are designed and manufactured in the United States by our historic partner Sun Electronic Systems since the 1980s.
These are extremely robust models and particularly suitable for complex temperature cycle programs, covered by the EC range.

The range is made up of a complete set of expectorant-based temperature testing chambers (LN2/LCO2), and a refrigerated model.

Our temperature test chambers use a microprocessor-based digital PID controller to precisely control the chamber temperature.

All chambers are equipped with a safety mechanism to protect the chamber against thermal runaway or accidental entry of a set point that is too high.

This range is recognized for its reliability during intensive and long-term use.

Depending on the model (see the model characteristics on the attached technical sheet), our temperature chambers cover a temperature range from -184°C (cooling with LN2) to +400°C, hot/cold ramps ranging from 15°C/min to 60°C/min, with a volume ranging from 10L to 174L.

Programming of thermal cycles (min/max T°C, ramp, etc.) is done directly on the machine or in remote mode (GPIB, RS232).

Controlled cooling and/or reaching temperatures below ambient is achieved by supplying LCO2 or LN2 (supplied by the user).

OPTIONS

Options such as the type of door (hinged or not, solid or with observation window), passage holes with silicone plug to connect the samples in the chamber, additional shelves, etc. are available on request.

The controller features an easy-to-use, menu-driven interface with a 2-line by 16-character backlit LCD display.
Temperature testing applications are made easy with simple commands defining individual temperature segments.

The controller can store up to 10 temperature profiles and up to 100 temperature segments held in memory.
Command entry is done from the keyboard or remotely via the integrated GPIB or RS232/422 interfaces.

Three menu-driven configuration modes are available to adapt the controller to virtually any application.
