Temperature regulation
The TA-3000's integrated air drying and filtration system sends clean, dry air (CDA) through its powerful internal cooler/heat exchanger to provide setpoint temperatures.
The user can control the TA-3000's outlet temperature flow rate from 4 to 16 SCFM (1.9 to 7.5 L/s), with continuous flow over the entire temperature range, 24/7.
The TA-3000's primary temperature control is achieved via the temperature thermocouple integrated into the outlet nozzle tip.
External thermocouples (type K or T) can also be used.
The MPI ThermalAir system also features multi-channel RTD and diode (resistance temperature detector) inputs for precise temperature control of the heat flow system.
