The MPI ThermalAir TA-5000 high-capacity temperature conditioner system is used for temperature testing, rapid thermal cycling, and temperature characterization of electronic and non-electronic components, hybrids, modules, printed circuit boards, and other electronics at precise temperatures from -80°C to +225°C.

The TA-5000's DC-controlled power adjusts almost instantly to your temperature settings and real-time test conditions, providing precise temperature control when you need it while saving energy .

The TA-5000’s integrated air drying and filtration system forces clean, dry air (CDA) through its powerful internal cooler/heat exchanger to provide setpoint temperatures.

The user can control the TA-5000’s outlet temperature flow rate from 4 to 25 SCFM, with continuous flow over the entire temperature range, 24/7.

The TA-5000’s primary temperature control is via the temperature thermocouple integrated into the outlet nozzle tip.
External thermocouples (Type K or T) can also be used.

The MPI ThermalAir system also features multi-channel RTD and diode (resistance temperature detector) inputs for precise temperature control of the heat flow system.
