RF micro test chamber
with 2 GSG tips
(option 80K at +450°C)
RF test with 2 GSG tips (option 80K at +450°C)
Presentation
Presentation:
This microprobe test chamber is a hyper compact tool for your RF measurements up to 40 GHz.
These measurements can be carried out in the desired environmental conditions of temperature, gas, vacuum, etc. in order to reproduce real in-situ conditions.
Configuration:
- Number of tips: 2 GSG tips.
- Temperature control: from 80K to +450°C, divided into 5 temperature ranges.
- See the detailed configurations on the following tab.
Despite the expansion / contraction of the substrate depending on the temperature, the contact point with the tip does not change thanks to the micropositioner.
Configurations
1,289 / 5,000
Specifications of the 2 GSG tips:
- Standard pitch range: 50 to 1250 µm
- Minimum pad size: 80 x 80 µm
- Maximum frequency: 40 GHz
- Xyz positioners
- Vacuum feedthrough for SMA connectors
Environmental conditions control:
- Gas inlet line
- Vacuum line
