Scriber Manuel – Manual Scriber MS1
For substrates up to 200 mm (8″), this equipment enables 100% manual scribing operations: XY and θ chuck alignment thanks to the vertical camera (to avoid parallax), as well as Z diamond placement and scribing.
The cleavage is then carried out manually by the operator.
The angle of the diamond and the weight it exerts on the substrate can be adjusted.
The software associated with the vertical camera is very ergonomic and easy to use.
The MS1 is particularly well suited to R&D and prototyping applications, whether in industrial or academic environments.
